On July 8, 2015, the ALTA Elite Provider CPA firm of Pershing, Yoakley & Associates, P.C. certified Ironclad Title as fully in compliance with the American Land Title Association (“ALTA”)’s Best Practices. In response to changing Industry standards, ALTA developed “Best Practices” to provide a proven method for lenders to ensure the companies with whom they work understand the changes, and serve to protect the integrity of the transaction as well as the customer’s privacy.

Given the complexity of the rule and the Best Practice standards, there are less than 20 title companies in the United States who have achieved some level of third-party certification.
